McMenamins Hotel, Cumbria

Innsight Design, in partnership with local entrepreneur Matty Todd, have transformed a run down harbour side public house into Cumbria’s latest gourmet restaurant bar. Taking local Celtic history & The Book of Kells for inspiration, the ground floor area was totally re-planned & transformed into a gastronomic delight. A further phase plans to redevelop the upper floors into boutique hotel rooms offering panoramic views across the Solway Firth to Scotland.
